What began as a small 900-square-foot donut shop in 1987 has grown into the full-service restaurant you enjoy today. The Falso family is deeply grateful to every customer who has supported us through the years - without you, we would not be here.

Eve's story started with Eve herself, alongside her daughter Nancy and Nancy's young children, Luli and Christopher, who many of you watched grow up right here in the restaurant. What was once known as the "Holey Donut" quickly became a beloved breakfast and lunch spot and a true community gathering place in Oldsmar.

Over the years, Eve's husband, Dominick, could often be found washing dishes, helping on weekends, and later serving as prep manager after "retiring." In 1994, Eve's son Tony and his family joined the business, making Eve's truly a multi-generational, family-owned restaurant. With our most recent expansion, we proudly became Eve's Family Restaurant. Sadly, Tony has since passed, and Nancy has since retired, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

Today, Eve's grandchildren - Christopher, Luli, and Leigh - are preparing to carry on the family tradition. Having grown up in this restaurant, they hope to preserve the warm, family-oriented atmosphere you know and love while bringing fresh ideas to the table. With your continued support, we hope to serve our community for another forty years and beyond.
